Can I customize the design and have my logo printed on it?
Yes, definitely. We mainly manufacture according to our customers’ specific instructions and designs. You can basically define everything including bag shape, size, color, materials, features and logo etc., and we can manufacture your backpack based on your fully customized instructions.

Can I get a sample before placing the order?
Yes, we can send a sample for you to inspect. In fact, we always suggest making a sample for approval before moving forward with production. We think this is a good way to ensure everybody is on the same page, and we trust it will also avoid misunderstanding.

What is your sample pricing?
We charge 2 times of the FOB price for sampling. Customers will also bear the shipping cost for sending the samples.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
As our production lines are designed for mass production, to achieve production efficiency and to be cost effective, we have set a MOQ, which is 1,000pcs per style. Based on our experience, at 3000pcs per style per color, we can offer the most competitive prices to our customers, and this would also avoid many material surcharges which would drive the overall cost up.

What is your production lead time?
Our production lead time is about 45 days upon order confirmation and receipt of deposit.

What are the steps from development to order?
First, we need to receive your bag design and instructions. If possible, detailed artwork is preferred because we can then fully understand what you are looking for. You can also consider sending us a physical sample for our reference, if it is available. We can return it back to you after use. We will then review your instructions and comment back. We will try to provide a rough quotation at this stage. If you feel that the rough price is within acceptable range, we can proceed with the sampling stage. Upon completion, we will send the proto sample to you and provide a quotation. If there is any comment, or if there are any adjustment needs to be made, we can continue to work together until we are ready for order placement.

Are you a trading company?
No, we are not a trading company. We are a bag manufacturer who owns and manages our own factories. This gives us much better control in terms of quality of work and allows us to be more competitive on price.

How many staff do you have?
We have about 400 staff and 4 production sites to provide stable capacity at our customers' needs.

Can I visit your factory?
You are welcomed at any time. Our office locates in Xiamen and Factory in Datian, Sanming. It takes about 1 hours from HK by air to Xiamen airport, and 15mins by car from Xiamen airport to our office, one and a half hours to Factory.
